Maintenance contracts and Inspections

If you live in Kitsap county then you need to have a O&M/M&M (monitoring & maintenance) Contract signed with a certified company that inspects your system at least yearly, if not every 6 months, depending on your type of system. Pierce county is a little different, with ATU systems only needing a county mandated inspection every year (manufacturer requires every 6 months however) and pressure is every 3 years. These inspections while tedious, for you are very important to the long term health of your system. Most system failures or failures of any kind can usually be chalked up to neglect. We do also offer our "Assurance Plan" which includes this inspection and much more!
